Hi Andy,

I think any one of us would feel the same way. As in previous comments, I think you'll find that "this too will pass" and resolution will occur.

Anyway,it sounds like you have had some very good experoiences in NZ and then some that were not so good. Easy for me to say, but that's what happens in life.

We all love you and certainly look forward to your return. I think things will work out scholastically.

Love, GrandpaGrandpanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2214846098688920077.post-15088191258753960152009-07-08T15:38:59.987-04:002009-07-08T15:38:59.987-04:00Hey, sweetie,

Bravo! Hope you get to share it at the finals.

This has been a wonderful opportunity and it's possible that delaying your entrance into college (if that's even needed) could turn into one, as well. Try to just take a deep breath and "roll with it" (I know, sometimes easier said than done).

Glad I didn't hear about the H1N1 "to do" until things had calmed down :)...

CAN'T WAIT TO SEE (and hug!) YOU!!!

Thanks for sharing all of these terrific posts, Andy.

Love lots,
MomMomnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2214846098688920077.post-8525166882951014332009-07-08T15:13:38.606-04:002009-07-08T15:13:38.606-04:00Hey there Andy love the speech the points are righ...Hey there Andy love the speech the points are right on you are making a good point with that. I think that what you say regarding your readers is a matter of perspective... but regardless of that it's right on.. Just lighten up try to forgive a little and try telling about it and giving them a reason to want to read about you...

with love and care,
KierstenKierstennoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2214846098688920077.post-46918021696829688692009-07-07T08:20:45.838-04:002009-07-07T08:20:45.838-04:00Andy, I think your ideas about homework are right...Andy, I think your ideas about homework are right on. I think that having your perspective on homework, and work in general, indicates that you understand that the value you get from school/job/life is directly related to the sincere effort you put into it. And that is something that will serve you well. Try not to worry about what will happen with your school when you get back. Fear will not help you. The absolute worst think that I can imagine is that your exit from High School and entrance to college might be delayed a semester. And I don't consider that to be a big disadvantage. Certainly not when compared to your experiences in New Zealand. I can't wait for you to be home! I miss you terribly.
DadBogdaddyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02494041715703132620noreply@blogger.com
